譬如不下巨海終不能得無價寶珠，如是不入煩惱大海則不能得一切智寶。

For example, if one does not descend into the vast ocean, one will never be able to obtain the priceless jewel. In this way, if one does not enter the great ocean of afflictions, one will not be able to obtain the jewel of omniscient wisdom.
