肇曰：存於情塵，故三毒以生。若悟六情性，則於六塵不起三毒，此寂滅之道也。

[Seng]zhao says: Dwelling upon the sense faculties and sense objects gives rise to the three poisons. If one awakens to the nature of the six faculties, then one does not give rise to the three poisons regarding the six dusts; this is the path of quiescent extinction.
