言無翻者，外國有多含之言，此土無有多含之語以翻悉檀。例如：「修多羅」名含五義，此土不的翻也。

Those who say it cannot be translated [argue that] foreign lands have words that contain multiple meanings, whereas this land lacks words with multiple meanings to translate siddhānta. For example, the name 'sūtra' contains five meanings, and in this land it is not translated definitively.
