三、明用四悉檀起別教者，佛於「不生生不可說」，用四悉檀赴十因緣法成別教根緣，宣說菩薩歷劫修行無量四諦別教，教諸菩薩也。

Third, clarifying that using the four siddhāntas gives rise to the distinctive teaching: with respect to "non-arising arising is ineffable," the Buddha uses the four siddhāntas to respond to the capacities and conditions of the distinctive teaching produced by the Dharma of the ten causal conditions, proclaiming the distinctive teaching of the immeasurable four noble truths practiced by bodhisattvas over successive kalpas to teach bodhisattvas.
