四、明用四悉檀起圓教者，佛於「不生不生不可說」，用四悉檀赴十因緣法所成圓機，說一實諦、無作四諦圓教大乘，教大菩薩開佛知見也。

Fourth, clarifying that using the four siddhāntas gives rise to the perfect teaching: with respect to "non-arising non-arising is ineffable," the Buddha uses the four siddhāntas to respond to the perfect capacities produced by the Dharma of the ten causal conditions, expounding the Great Vehicle of the perfect teaching of the one true reality and the uncreated four noble truths to teach great bodhisattvas and open the Buddha's knowledge and vision.
