位別者，三十心伏無明是賢位，十地發真、斷無明是聖位也；

"distinctive stages" means that the thirty minds subduing fundamental ignorance are the stages of worthies, and the ten grounds manifesting the real and severing fundamental ignorance are the stages of sages;
