一、明聲經者，大覺世尊，聲能詮理，聞聲得理，故聲即是經。故《大品經》云：「若從善知識處，聞般若也。」

First, clarifying sound sūtras: The voice of the Great Awakened World-Honoured One can express principle; hearing the sound, one attains the principle, so the sound is itself the sūtra. Therefore, the Dapin Jing says: 'If one hears prajñā from a good friend...'
