問：若爾，何不依十及二十七？答：一往有文欲對四教，厝意難見。

Question: If so, why not rely on the ten and the twenty-seven? Answer: In a provisional sense there are texts, but if one wishes to correlate them with the four teachings, the underlying intent is difficult to discern.
