問：序訓不同，何得俱用次序會通眾義？答：字書雖爾，經意含三，共用次序之字亦應無妨，依義不依語也。

Question: Since the glosses of 'preface' differ, how can sequential order be used to harmonize all the meanings? Answer: Although character dictionaries are like this, the sūtra's meaning encompasses all three; using the word 'sequential order' for all together should also present no obstacle, as one relies on the meaning, not on the words.
