「隨如說行則能迴向」者，內既成就諸善功德，迴所修因向於佛果及施眾生。「隨其迴向則有方便」者，既迴自行內向佛果、外施眾生，即能善巧能破能立，巧度眾生故言方便。

"According to practicing as spoken, one is able to dedicate": having internally accomplished all wholesome merits, one dedicates the causes cultivated toward the fruit of Buddhahood and bestows them upon sentient beings. "According to one's dedication, one has expedient means": having dedicated one's own practice internally toward the fruit of Buddhahood and externally bestowed it upon sentient beings, one is then skillful and able to refute and establish; skillfully saving sentient beings, it is therefore called expedient means.
