2.54

「已於諸法」下一行，結歎色心用。已於色法得自在故，故能轉變普現佛土。已於心法得自在故，二諦開合隨機利物。色心功用既備，是可歸依，故致敬稽首。

From "already in all dharmas" down is one line, concluding the praise of the functions of form and mind. Because he has already attained mastery over physical phenomena, he can transform and universally manifest buddha-lands. Because he has already attained mastery over mental phenomena, opening and combining the two truths, he benefits beings according to their capacities. Since the functions of form and mind are fully complete, he is worthy of refuge; therefore, showing reverence, one bows the head.
