From "Bowing the head..." down, spanning seven lines, the third part praises the secret of mind. The Buddha's mind is neither provisional nor ultimate, yet able to manifest the provisional and ultimate: this is the secret of mind. The text has two [sections]: first, four lines praise the secret of mind in terms of three kinds of dual provisional and ultimate wisdoms; next, three lines conclude the praise of the secret of mind in terms of three kinds of two truths. The first section has four [parts]. First, one line praises it in terms of internal and external: the ten powers of his own practice are based on internal wisdom being complete; fearlessness is based on external functioning having no trepidation. These form a pair; that is, praising the secret of mind in terms of the provisional and ultimate of his own practice.
