From "Fully knowing sentient beings..." down, the next three lines cite the three kinds of two truths to conclude the praise of the three secrets. The text has three [parts]: first, one line is the two truths conforming to sentiment. Why? Conventional truths are immeasurable, and minds are also immeasurable; either they seek the real or they desire and delight in the conventional. Sentiment has rejecting and accepting, hence it says "departing and coming". Rejecting and accepting being immeasurable, the Buddha also accordingly arises to expound immeasurable two truths; that is conforming to sentiment.
