「從十力至不共法生」，三法是果上功德。內智所照名之為力，外用無怯名為無畏，佛地所有十八之法不與下地法而共故名不共。此三皆據佛地功德。今言從此三法生者，當是四教因中用此二行修此三法，故云從生；別圓約界外可知。

"Born from the ten powers up to the unshared qualities": These three dharmas are qualities on the fruition [level]. What is illuminated by internal wisdom is called power; external application without timidity is called fearlessness; the eighteen qualities possessed at the buddha stage are not shared with the stages below, and are therefore called unshared. These three are all based on the qualities of the buddha stage. Now, saying that they are born from these three dharmas means that during the causal stage in the four teachings, one uses these two practices to cultivate these three dharmas, hence it says "born from"; the distinct and perfect in terms of [the realm] beyond the realms may be understood accordingly.
