「當知至何疾」，四、疊釋法身無疾。破阿難見生身有疾，執此而說即成二謗。文有四意。

From "You should know" down to "what illness": fourth, repeatedly explaining that the dharmakāya has no illness. This refutes Ānanda's seeing the birth body as having illness and grasping at this in speech, which constitutes the two slanders. The text has four points.
