問：呵諸菩薩只用一教，何得普利？答：夫子尚云「詩三百，一言蔽諸。」大士用一圓教彈呵，稟權實教有滯礙者皆得一道之益，何足致疑？

Question: In rebuking the bodhisattvas, only one teaching is used; how could it bring universal benefit? Answer: Even Confucius said: "The three hundred poems may be summarized in a single phrase." When the mahāsattva uses a single perfect teaching to rebuke, those who receive the provisional and true teachings and have stagnations and obstacles all obtain the benefit of the single path—why should there be any doubt?
