5.122

第三意者如此。呵時諸稟方便教菩薩，隨緣集斷處即罪除障轉，福慧增明，堪見淨土，故入室時同見室空，又見燈王香積佛國，故隨集斷處得生三土。又隨福慧增明，隨所調伏眾生，後成佛時如此眾生皆來生其國，此是扶成如來上說淨佛國土之教也。

The third meaning is like this: At the time of the rebuke, for all the bodhisattvas who received the provisional teachings, wherever their conditioned accumulations were severed, their sins were eliminated and obstacles transformed, their blessings and wisdom brightened and increased, and they became fit to see the pure land. Thus, when entering the room, they together saw the room was empty, and also saw the buddha-lands of King of Lamps and Fragrance Accumulation; therefore, according to where their accumulations were severed, they attained birth in the three lands. Furthermore, according to the brightening and increasing of their blessings and wisdom, and according to the sentient beings they subdued, when they become buddhas in the future, such sentient beings will all come to be born in their lands. This supports and accomplishes the Tathāgata's teaching expounded above on purifying the buddha-land.
