「時二至是辨」，三、明二比丘發心。「疑悔除」者，疑婬殺之罪除也。悔者，一犯罪悔除、二重增悔除。菩提心如前分別。「作是等」者，願令得衍無礙辨才如大士也。

"Then the two... up to... such eloquence": third, clarifying the two monks generating the aspiration. "Their doubts and regrets were removed": their doubts regarding the transgressions of sexual misconduct and killing were removed. Regarding regrets: first, regret over committing a transgression was removed; second, the intensified regret was removed. The bodhicitta is as analyzed before. "Made such..." and so forth: wishing to obtain the unimpeded eloquence of the Mahāyāna like the Mahāsattva.
