問：有餘土既有四分因疾，亦得有四大四苦果疾以不？答：亦有變易四大通相四苦。

Question: Since the Land of Remainder has the causal illness of the four shares, can it also have the resultant illness of the four great elements and the four sufferings, or not? Answer: It also has the four great elements of change and the four sufferings of the general aspect.
