「爾時佛告」下，五、正釋。文為二：一佛命文殊、二文殊恭命。初文者，上諸所命，各述被彈皆辭不堪。但入室問疾利益事重，自非文殊具前五義更無堪任，所以命也。

From "At that time the Buddha addressed" onward is the fifth [section], the direct commentary. The text has two parts: first, the Buddha commands Mañjuśrī; second, Mañjuśrī respectfully accepts the command. As for the first text, those previously commanded each recounted having been rebuked and all declined as incapable. But entering the room to inquire after the illness is a matter of profound benefit, and unless it were Mañjuśrī, who possesses the five qualities mentioned earlier, no one else would be capable of the task; this is why he was commanded.
