6.64

「汝等」下，二、勸修行。雖已發心，須行填願，故勸修行。菩薩法樂為破欲樂，故說法樂令魔修集。文為三：一勸修法樂、二天女請問、三淨名答。初、勸修，如文。

From "You all" onward, second, urging cultivation of practice. Although they have already generated the aspiration, they must practice to fulfill their vows, so he urges cultivation of practice. The bodhisattva's joy of the Dharma is meant to destroy the joy of desires, so he speaks of the joy of the Dharma to cause them to cultivate and accumulate it. The text has three parts: first, urging them to cultivate the joy of the Dharma; second, the heavenly maidens requesting an explanation; third, Vimalakīrti answering. The first, urging cultivation, is as in the text.
