7.131

「智者至三菩提心」，二、勸智者發心。除正位二乘，餘五乘人有智之者，皆可發心學此法門。

From "The wise..." down to "...resolve on [anuttara-samyak-]saṃbodhi": second, urging the wise to resolve their minds. Excepting the two vehicles confirmed in their fixed status, all wise individuals among the remaining five vehicles can resolve their minds to study this teaching.
