"Mind pure, having already crossed beyond the dhyāna concentrations": the next line praises the mind. Saying "mind pure": the Buddha's wisdom exhausts the source and is free from the delusions of the dharmadhātu; therefore it says "mind pure." "Having already crossed beyond the dhyāna concentrations": generally speaking, dhyāna concentrations pervade both cause and fruition. Hence the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra says: "Great parinirvāṇa is called the cavern of deep dhyāna concentration." How could one praise it by saying the pure mind has already crossed beyond great nirvāṇa? Now, in terms of the specific meaning, dhyāna concentration refers to the cause, while the Buddha's mind refers to the fruition; the fruition transcends the cause, and so it says "already crossed beyond."
