Fourth, the land of quiescent light, with two parts: first, strictly indicating the quiescent light of the ultimate fruition. Regarding 'the dharmakāya's covert assistance,' etc.: Vairocana ubiquitously embraces all, hence it is called covert assistance; this very covert assistance is termed expounding the Dharma. Furthermore, one should know that where the response body expounds is precisely where the dharmakāya expounds; my present body is itself the dharmakāya. Śākyamuni is named Vairocana; hence it is called expounding without expounding.
