二、「復次」下，順問答，二：初、正示前後且順前問。義匪通方，故曰一塗。「方說此語」者，付囑令安故。向據結集宣唱，必先通後別。今約佛說前後，必先別後通。

Second, from "Furthermore..." below, answering in accordance with the question, which has two parts: first, directly showing the before and after provisionally in accordance with the previous question. Since the meaning is not universally applicable, it is called "one approach." Regarding "only then speaking these words": it is because of entrusting them to be arranged. Previously, based on the compilers' proclamation, it was necessarily common first and distinct later. Now, in terms of the sequence of the Buddha's preaching, it was necessarily distinct first and common later.
