二、「問若」下，料簡，二：初、簡滅後，二：初、問。二、答，二：初、違問答。「立名之便」等者，先舉所詮，為顯能詮故。「為序之便」等者，先唱我聞，後談其事故。

Second, from "Question: if..." below, resolving queries, which has two parts: first, querying after the extinction, which has two parts: first, question; second, answer, which has two parts: first, answering contrary to the question. Regarding "The convenience of establishing the name" and so forth: first raising the expressed is in order to reveal the expressing. Regarding "The convenience of serving as the preface" and so forth: first chanting "I have heard," and afterwards relating its events.
