二、異肇師。「義不然」者，〈法供品〉天帝稱歎弘經，佛明法供養第一，乃是流通，非關正說。

Second, differing from Master Zhao. Regarding "the meaning is not so": the praise and propagation of the sūtra by the lord of the gods in the "Dharma Offering Chapter", and the Buddha's clarifying that the offering of Dharma is foremost, are in fact the transmission, having nothing to do with the main preaching.
