二、料簡三界報，二：初、釋義，二：初、釋果報。「即是華藏」者，謂《華嚴》所明蓮華藏世界海，即此土相。「潤無漏業」者，分證中智不漏落二邊，名無漏業。

Second, analyzing retributions of the three realms, in two parts: First, explaining the meaning, in two parts: First, explaining the retribution fruit. "Namely, the Lotus Store" means the ocean of Lotus Store worlds explained in the Avataṃsaka, which is precisely the characteristic of this land. "Moistening uncontaminated karma": wisdom of the middle [way] through partial realization does not leak down into the two extremes, hence called uncontaminated karma.
