四、淨名述成，二：初、分科懸示。「勞謙」者，《易》曰「勞謙君子，萬民服也。」王弼云「承上綏下，勞謙匪解。」

Fourth, Jingming's corroboration and approval, in two parts: first, dividing the sections and indicating them in advance. "Toil and modest": the Yijing says, "A noble person who is toiling and modest, the myriad people submit to him." Wang Bi says, "Supporting those above and pacifying those below, toiling and modest without laxity."
