二、釋疑，二：初、疑問。二、答釋，二：初、引經正答。二、「若執」下，斥執顯過。執文字如抱石，沈生死如投淵，縱昏情如夜游，捨觀心如去燭。

Second, resolving doubts, in two parts: first, raising the question; second, answering and explaining, in two parts: first, citing sūtras to give the correct answer; second, from "if clinging" onward, reproaching clinging and displaying the fault. Clinging to letters is like clutching a stone; drowning in birth and death is like plunging into an abyss; indulging confused emotions is like wandering at night; abandoning the contemplation of mind is like discarding a candle.
