三、合譬。「是為萬善無畏空座」者，萬善即果上三千俗諦之理，無畏即不思議空真諦之理。萬善即無畏空，如眾寶為師子座。此即果智所契真俗不二之理也。

Third, joining the metaphor. Regarding "this is the empty seat of myriad goods and fearlessness": myriad goods is the principle of the three thousand conventional truths in fruition; fearlessness is the principle of the inconceivable empty ultimate truth. Myriad goods is precisely empty fearlessness, just as the various jewels form the lion seat. This is the principle of the non-duality of the ultimate and conventional tallied with by the fruition wisdom.
