二、「問三」下，重述遠義。「二十年」者，八忍為一，八智為一，并九無礙、九解脫也。「除糞」者，斷見思也。

Second, from "Asking about the three" downwards, restating the remote meaning. Regarding "twenty years": the eight forbearances constitute one, and the eight knowledges constitute one, together with the nine unhindered paths and the nine liberations. Regarding "clearing away dung": this is severing the [delusions of] view and thought.
