二、釋歎，二：初、雙標。「傍成化他」者，正成自行也。荊溪云：化他必假諸佛威加故。

Second, explaining the praise, in two parts: first, indicating both. "Secondarily accomplishing the transformation of others": this primarily accomplishes one's own practice. Jingxi says: transforming others necessarily relies on the majestic empowerment of all buddhas.
