二、觀解。三、釋歎，二：初、事釋，二：初、釋無礙解脫，二：初、總釋。二、「藏」下，別釋。「智不斷惑」者，即惑是智，豈以智斷智。即智是惑，豈以惑斷惑。了達不二，名智名斷。

Second, from "Zang" below, specific explanation. Regarding "wisdom does not sever defilement," defilement is itself wisdom, so how could wisdom sever wisdom? Wisdom is itself defilement, so how could defilement sever defilement? Thoroughly realizing non-duality is called wisdom and is called severance.
