問：準望《法華》可有此理，《大品》如何？答：一切諸法趣於諦緣，是摩訶衍會法之言，良有以也。故有諸法趣二乘心。

Question: Judging by parallel with the Lotus Sūtra there can be this principle; how is it so for the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā? Answer: That all dharmas tend toward truths and conditions are words of the Mahāyāna integrating dharmas, and with good reason. Therefore, there are dharmas tending toward the minds of the two vehicles.
