三、明法無壽命。四、明無人。荊溪云：不同凡夫至際斷者，且據此於二邊便故，具足應云不同七種方便人也。此非獨圓，不得說之。下去例爾。

Third, explains that phenomena have no life-span. Fourth, explains that there is no person. Jingxi says: "'Unlike ordinary beings up to the severance of bounds' provisionally relies on being convenient for the two extremes; fully speaking, one should say 'unlike the practitioners of the seven expedients.' Since this is not exclusively the perfect [teaching], it cannot be stated. Below it is analogous."
