二、「初文」下，隨釋，四：初、訶乞食心非，二：初、分科簡示，二：初、分科。二、「問若」下，簡示。「苦心所契」者，「苦」應作「昔」字，誤也。「昔心所契」者，即苦集道三是昔日因心所契也。即下文云「元為破此苦諦」，乃至云「元為得不食之果」等也，尋下疏文可見。

Second, from "The first text" below, following with the commentary, which has four [parts]: first, reproaching the faulty mind of begging for food, which has two [parts]: first, dividing into sections and briefly pointing out, which has two [parts]: first, dividing into sections; second, from "Question: If..." below, briefly pointing out. Regarding "what the suffering mind accorded with," "suffering" (苦) should be the character "former" (昔); it is an error. "What the former mind accorded with" means that the three—suffering, origination, and the path—were what his causal mind of former days had accorded with. That is, as the text below says, "originally to eradicate this truth of suffering," and furthermore says, "originally to attain the fruit of non-eating," and so forth; this can be seen by examining the commentary text below.
