二、「約背」下，結勝前。「小勝通明」者，暹云：通明猶是亦有漏亦無漏禪，背捨一向屬無漏，故勝也。

Second, from "In terms of renunciation..." onward, concluding its superiority over the previous. Regarding "slightly superior to pervasive clarity": Daoxian says that pervasive clarity is still a dhyāna that is both with-outflows and without-outflows, whereas renunciation belongs entirely to the outflowless; therefore it is superior.
