二、對後料簡，二：初、問。二、答，三：初、略示。二、「遠師」下，引證。三、「身子」下，釋成，二：初、身子。「故用禪訶兼得智也」者，荊溪云：身子非但有無定之智，亦入無智之定，以是義故從定訶之。

Second, evaluating against what follows, has two parts: first, a question; second, an answer, which has three parts: first, a brief indication; second, from "Master Yuan..." downward, citing evidence; third, from "Śāriputra..." downward, explaining it to completion, which has two parts: first, Śāriputra. Regarding "Therefore, using dhyāna to reproach him also encompasses wisdom," Jingxi says: Śāriputra not only had wisdom without dhyāna, but also entered dhyāna without wisdom; for this reason, he reproached him from the side of dhyāna.
