四、結勸。「不了義」等者，荊溪云：準此意者，若以一代五時相望，唯有《法華》得名為了，故許聲聞得是漸也。若當部論，諸大乘人皆有了分，但有兼帶。

Fourth, concluding exhortation. As for 'non-definitive meaning,' etc.: Jingxi says, 'According to this meaning, if one compares the five periods of the [Buddha's] entire teaching, only the Lotus Sūtra can be called definitive; therefore, it is granted that the śrāvaka can attain this gradual [path]. If discussing within this text itself, all persons of the Great Vehicle have a portion of the definitive, only with accompanying elements.'
