問：若爾，通亦易濫，何不說示？答：觀名雖濫，彼與小共。共不共異，極成難濫。又亦可云示者顯示義耳。準此而言，餘文亦有。

Question: If so, the shared [teaching] is also easily conflated; why is "manifesting" not spoken? Answer: Although the names of the contemplations are conflated, that [shared teaching] is shared with the Hinayana. Shared and unshared are different, so it is exceedingly difficult to conflate them. Furthermore, it can also be said that "manifesting" merely has the meaning of revealing clearly. Based on this, it is also present in other passages.
