二、「但稟」下，示彈訶所以，二：初、明初心起著。二、「為此」下，明寄高訓下，三：初、標示。二、「所以」下，正釋，二：初、明寄高彈訶。荊溪云：將窮三教無生之源者，即補處位名之為源。

Second, from "Only those who receive..." downward shows the reason for the reproach, in two parts: First, clarifying that beginners give rise to attachments. Second, from "For this reason..." downward clarifies using the exalted to instruct those below, in three parts: First, stating and indicating. Second, from "Therefore..." downward is the actual explanation, in two parts: First, clarifying using the exalted to administer reproach. Jingxi says: "About to exhaust the source of non-arising in the three teachings": The stage of succession to buddhahood is called the source.
