二、「就此」下，約教正釋。「玄約三教」者，荊溪云：此但云三教者，大破小故。「若通至有異」者，理一向異，何須致疑。事雖云同，仍有小別，是故文致一往之言。言「小別」者，界內外殊。「兩修之別」者，次以不次故。

Second, from "Concerning this..." downward directly explains according to the teachings. Regarding "profoundly in terms of three teachings": Jingxi says: "This mentions only three teachings because the great refutes the small." Regarding "if the Shared... up to there are differences": The principles are utterly different, so why should there be doubt? Although phenomena are said to be the same, there are still slight differences; therefore the text makes this tentative statement. The "slight difference" refers to the distinction between inside and outside the realms. "The difference between the two cultivations": Because of being gradual versus non-gradual.
