二、約理訶。寄密行名，以依理出家而為訶也。密積功德之利，方名無利無功德也。

Second, reproaching in terms of principle. Relying on the name of "esoteric practice," it reproaches by means of leaving household life according to principle. Only the benefit of secretly accumulating merit is called being without benefit and without merit.
