二、總譬三假。「或是」者，前分此文屬相待假。今又作總釋，故云或也。

Second, general metaphor for the three provisionalities. Regarding "Or it is": previously this text was divided under provisionality through relativity. Now it is again given a general interpretation, hence it says 'or'.
