三、簡訶人存法。荊溪云：方便菩薩者，於方便教復約人法辨訶不訶，以存方等之教故也。
Third, examining the reproaching of the person while retaining the dharma. Jingxi says: Regarding 'bodhisattvas of expedients': within the expedient teachings, one further distinguishes reproach and non-reproach with respect to person and dharma, in order to preserve the teaching of the Vaipulya.
