二、「復次」下，約中道為病，二：初、中病亦空，二：初、正明。「若言」等者，更引前文對此以明三諦俱空，則顯今文空於中病。此正用通相觀意也。「一往」等者，一往通於三觀，二往但在於空。

Second, from "Furthermore" below, regarding the middle way as the sickness, which has two: First, the sickness of the middle is also emptied, which has two: First, directly clarifying. "If one speaks" and so forth: this further cites the earlier text to contrast with this in clarifying that all three truths are empty, thereby showing that the present text empties the sickness of the middle. This precisely applies the intention of the contemplation in its common aspect. "At first glance" and so forth: at first glance it applies broadly to the three contemplations, but upon closer examination it lies only in emptiness.
