四、文殊述成其言，二：初敘意分科。二、隨文釋義，二：初、文殊領解印可述成，二：初、標示。言「三句」者，世行經本闕第三句。依大師所釋，準義合有，但知而已，不須添經。

Mañjuśrī's corroboration and fulfillment of his words, in two: first, stating the intention and dividing the sections; second, explaining the meaning following the text, in two: first, Mañjuśrī's receptive understanding, confirmation, and corroboration, in two: first, pointing out. Regarding 'three phrases', the circulating text of the sūtra lacks the third phrase. According to the Great Master's explanation, based on the meaning it should be there; one merely knows this, and need not add to the sūtra.
