二、自行，二：初、敘意分科。二、隨文釋義，四：初、正顯佛乘，二：初、正釋。「瞻蔔若」，正云瞻博迦，《大論》翻為黃華樹。其樹高大，花氣遠聞。「自行受道」者，荊溪云：自行不可更稟權乘，分得法身仍須進道。「故法華」等者，以入圓人顯成此義。

Second, her own practice, which has two parts: first, recounting the purport and dividing the sections; second, following the text to explain the meaning, which has four parts: first, properly revealing the Buddha vehicle, which has two parts: first, the direct explanation. Regarding "campaka-like": properly called campaka, translated in the Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa as the "yellow flower tree." The tree is tall and large, and the fragrance of its flowers is heard far off. Regarding "receiving the path in one's own practice": Jingxi says that in one's own practice one cannot continue to receive provisional vehicles; even having partially attained the dharmakāya, one must still advance on the path. Regarding "hence the Lotus Sūtra...", this meaning is clearly established by using those who have entered the perfect [teaching].
