經　善說息除（至）趣無暇。

Sūtra: Skillfully explaining the pacification and elimination of [the eight non-leisure conditions leads to the country having no hell-dwellers, animals, ghosts, or other] unfavorable destinies or non-leisures [upon attaining buddhahood; those who never fall into the non-leisures] come to be born in that land.
